A beautiful ruby-red colour, it offers a bouquet full of small red fruit aromas. Well balanced in the mouth, round and pleasant, the palate is characterized by its large aromatic range and fruity flavours. I've tried it with a number of home cooked dishes but fillet of beef or a good selection of cheeses wins out above all the others.
